Perspective Financial Services Ranked

Among Fastest-Growing Advisory Firms in the Nation

(Phoenix – July 2007)  Perspective Financial Services, LLC, ranked as the 5th fastest-growing firm in the nation in 2006 for those with less than $100 million in assets under management, according to Financial Advisor magazine’s second annual “Top RIA Survey.” It also was the highest-ranked Arizona firm in any asset category.

Perspective Financial is an independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm that provides clients with broad-based financial planning and investment management services. The Phoenix-based firm grew by $34 million in assets under management last year, or 160 percent.

“Our growth is attributed to the high level of trust our clients have, not only in our proven asset management abilities, but also in our commitment to always place their best interests as our highest priority,” said President and Founder Mike McCann, CFP, who has worked in the financial services industry since 1991.

As a Certified Financial Planner TM and Registered Investment Advisor, McCann adheres to the highest professional ethical standards in the industry; those standards also are the benchmark for all the firm’s advisors. The emerging firm includes three additional advisors – Lupe Camargo, Patrick Eng and Jim Mailliard, CFP – and Joe Clancy as operations manager and portfolio administrator.

According to the magazine survey, published July 2007, the mean growth in assets among the 471 Registered Investment Advisory firms included was 25 percent in 2006, making it “the most dynamic sector in the financial services industry.” Perspective Financial was one of nine Arizona firms listed in the ranking.

“For the past 17 years, I’ve been remarkably lucky to witness the transition of this business from a cottage industry to a real profession,” wrote Evan Simonoff, Financial Advisor editor-in-chief. “The reason we decided to undertake this survey is to try to help our readers gain a quantifiable picture of just how far the advisory business has come.”
