Joe Clancy serves as Operations Manager and Portfolio Administrator for Perspective Financial. In this dual role, he oversees office operations, helps ensure regulatory compliance, and manages all aspects of establishing and maintaining client portfolios. This includes researching client investment holdings, screening investments to be held for client portfolios, and preparing and reviewing financial statements to assist the firm’s advisors in the financial planning process.
He is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC). The CMFC is the only industry-recognized mutual fund designation. The program is the result of collaboration between the College for Financial Planning and the Investment Company Institute (ICI), the primary trade association for the mutual fund industry. It provides a thorough knowledge of mutual funds and their various uses as investment vehicles.
Joe first joined Perspective in 2005 and earned the Series 65 license in 2006. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, ranked one of the country’s top business programs by U.S. News and World Report.
