As a Certified Financial Planner™, Lupe serves a wide variety of clients. She also leverages her experience as a Latina business professional to provide specialized, personal advice to women and Latino clientele.
“I always enjoy that first meeting with a client. I think it’s my natural curiosity about people,” Lupe spoke about her favorite part of the job. “I want that first meeting to be one where people are relaxed and they just want to have a conversation, like a cup of coffee with a friend.”
Prior to joining Perspective Financial Services in 2005, Lupe gained 15 years of business analysis and marketing experience in positions for US West, Honeywell, and 3M. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University and a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2022, Lupe completed the requirements to become a CFP® professional.
A longtime community leader, Lupe has a strong connection to Arizona and the needs of women and girls in our state. Lupe currently serves as chair of the Girl Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine Council board of directors. She has supported and advised the local Girl Scouts council in many capacities for more than a dozen years, including as a parent, troop leader, and long-time board member.
